Eric Reiser is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, and the University of Michigan.
Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and New York in 2010, Mr. Reiser has received recognition as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by New Jersey Super Lawyers, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys in New Jersey. [1]
In addition to clerking for a federal bankruptcy judge, Mr. Reiser also has the distinction of serving as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Passaic County.
The combined clerkships in federal and state court enable Mr. Reiser to be an effective advocate for clients in a wide variety of litigation disputes.
Since joining LoFaro & Reiser in 2013, Eric has develped expertise in representing beneficiaries and estate fiduciaries in will contest actions and and guardianship matters in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
In addition, Eric represents individuals and small to midsize business in a variety of commerical litigation disputes, including partnership disputes and closely held business disputes.
